Friday we close between 12 pm and 3 pm for Jummah prayers. For an urgent eye problem outside these hours, call and we will do our best to help.

Do I need an appointment for an eye test?
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. If you would rather not wait, call 0300 6021612 and we will reserve a slot.
How long does a full eye examination take?
A complete examination — refraction, retinal check and pressure test — usually takes 20 to 30 minutes. Allow longer if you are being fitted for contact lenses for the first time.
Can I bring my own frame for new lenses?
Yes, as long as the frame is in good condition. Bring it with your latest prescription and we will check the lenses can be fitted safely.
Do you make lenses in-house?
Yes. Single vision, bifocal and progressive lenses are cut and fitted at the complex, so most orders are ready the same day or the next.
